Two resign from Aston Villa board

Two members of Aston Villa's board have resigned. David Bernstein only joined the club's board last month and King was appointed in February.
It is believed that Bernstein left the club because he felt the club were dragging their heels over the appointment of a new manager.
King's resignation letter read, "It is with real sorrow that I am writing to tender my resignation as a director of Aston Villa. I do not take this action lightly. As a supporter for over 55 years, how could I?
"But it is no longer possible to carry out the role that I was asked to perform.
"Progress has stalled. It is clear that a sale of the club to a new owner must be brought about as soon as possible ."
Could it get any worse for Aston Villa?
