Luka Jovic has not put in the performances that were expected of him after his great season at Eintracht Frankfurt, so his opportunity may have come and gone. Last season he was loaned out and that could happen again this term.
The Serbian scored more goals on his return to Eintracht Frankfurt than in a season and a half at Madrid, so it seems like Madrid will look for a place elsewhere for him. He has several offers on the table.
And more keep coming in. 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' once again says Jovic is wanted by two Serie A clubs. Genoa are one of them and city rivals Sampdoria are the other.
That said, both clubs will not be able to pay a large amount of money for the striker and they will asked for a loan deal for this season. If Real Madrid want to sell Jovic, they will ask to get back a large part of the momeny they spent on him back in the day. They spent around 60 million euros to get him.
In addition, Jovic's name has been on Inter and AC Milan's radar for some days so he could easily end up at Serie A.
