Liverpool drew 0-0 at home to Manchester City on Sunday, with Riyad Mahrez misisng a late penalty.
'Sky Sports' pundit and former Manchester United player Gary Neville questioned if the Liverpool players were suffering from fatigue, however Trent has come out and denied his claims.
Asked if the Liverpool squad were feeling tired, Alexander-Arnold told 'Sky Sports': "No, I wouldn't say so. That's the way that we play, we play quite an energetic game.
"That's something we've always done, that's the way the manager wants us to play.
"Whether you're not getting the results or you are, it's always good to have games every three or four days and keep the momentum going or bounce back."
The draw leaves both Liverpool and Manchester City on 20 points.
Trent Alexander-Arnold was left on the bench for the game, with Klopp favouring Dejan Lovren and playing Joe Gomez at full-back.
He added: "It's good to be near the top. That's where we want to be, but it's early days and we can't get ahead of ourselves.
"We know we want to be in and around the top of the table at the end of the season and hopefully bring some silverware to Anfield.
"We're confident at the minute. Things are going well and we're showing we're hard to break down and beat.
"We're keeping a lot more clean sheets and conceding a lot less. Hopefully we'll keep improving and there will be more clean sheets to come."
