It is the first after the return in Italy. Clubs in Serie A, like Germany and Spain, have started to test their players for the coronavirus, and Torino have informed of a positive in their ranks.
"After an initial medical examination, one of our players has tested positive for COVID-19. The player, currently asymptomatic, has been immediately quarantined and will be constantly monitored in the upcoming days", the club informed on their social media.
It is therefore unknown who the player is, despite being asymptomatic. This positive shouldn't cause the club problems, as the preparation for the resumption of the season will go ahead without him, while he is still positive.
