Brazil head coach Tite announced on Saturday that Neymar will be in the starting XI for Sunday's World Cup qualifier against Colombia and left a shroud of mystery by announcing, without naming names, that there will be more changes to his line-up.
"There are other changes that will be made," the coach said after confirming the return of Neymar, who sat out Thursday's 3-1 win over Venezuela in Caracas due to suspension.
He explained that there are several players who are just adapting to the time zone because they play in Europe, so the idea is to have all the players in top condition for the flurry of matches.
He highlighted the competitiveness of the matches with Colombia, recalling the last official match, on 23rd June in the Copa America, which the 'Canarinha' won with goals from Roberto Firmino and Casemiro in the final minutes of the game after coming from behind after Luis Diaz's early goal.
"The greatness of the Brazil-Colombia games is that they bring quality, competitiveness," said the former Corinthians coach.
"They are two teams with technical qualities," he praised.
