Tielemans' days at Leicester City could be coming to an end. His contract expires in June 2023 and, according to the 'Daily Mail', he has turned down the offer of a new contract. The Foxes will then have to try and sell him this summer so that he does not have the option of leaving for free in summer 2023.
That the player has said no to a new contract makes him more likely to joining Man Utd. They have been linked with him for a few weeks now. They are his main suitors and an offer of 35 million pounds has been leaked in the British pass. That is similar to what Leicester paid to get him from Monaco a few years ago.
Man Utd are not the only candidates which have come to light. 'AS' recently indicated that there are several La Liga clubs who are following him. In addition, English media outlets have mentioned other clubs like Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal. It is good news for the footballer because all of his possible destinations are attractive ones.
And he, as a reinforcement for next season, is also very attractive. He has been a professional for more than three seasons in the Premier League. He has never dropped out of the line-ups of his coaches and, this season, he is even set to beat his best stats for goals scored and assists since he became a professional.
