Three years since Vinicius' promise to RM fans

13th May 2017 changed Vinicius' life forever. Two of the most important events of his life took place that day.

Vinicius has shared photographs of that moment. "Three years ago I fulfilled two dreams: I made my debut as a professional for Flamengo at 16 and I joined the team of my dreams, Real Madrid, which I love even more every day," Vinicius wrote.

"Thanks to all those who helped me and believed in me. The best is still to come. I didn't think this would happen even in my best dreams," the Brazilian, who was emotional, said.

Vinicius will never forget the first time he played for Flamengo or when he signed for Real Madrid. He hopes to triumph at the Spanish club and become one of the best in the world.

The attacker wants to become like Cristiano Ronaldo by improving his fitness and muscles. Time will tell us whether that happens.
