They'll play for the crown in Manchester
It will be an emotional one in England. Manchester City can win the Premier League by beating their neighbours, Manchester United, in the derby at the Etihad Stadium.
Pep Guardiola has the chance to win his first title in England against his eternal archenemy, Jose Mourinho, adding a little extra spice to an already fiery encounter.
The 'Citizens' can only win the league with a victory over United - a draw would be enough to prolong the season for another week. Despite the humbling loss against Liverpool on Wednesday in the Champions League, City's league form has been earth-shattering. Only one defeat all season, against Liverpool, to go with 27 wins and three draws. It's enough for a 16 point lead over Manchester United going into the weekend.
If they do lose to Mourinho's side, it will still be enough for City to win any of their other five remaining games, with Vincent Komany suggesting the Champions League second leg will be taking a priority for now, given there are many other opportunities in the league.
Heynckes aiming to add to his aura
Bayern Munich will take on Augsburg on Saturday afternoon looking to confirm their 27th Bundesliga title. The game itself doesn't look particularly complicated - at home to the tenth placed side in the league.
The Bavarians come into it off the back of an important win away at Sevilla in the Champions League, and they will want to wrap up the title to boost morale further ahead of the second leg.
They have been put into this position by Jupp Heynckes, who returned to managerial duties with the club after Carlo Ancelotti was let go earlier in the season. Currently on 69 points, Bayern have won 22 of the 28 games played since Henyckes came back, against three draws and three losses, giving them a window of 17 points over Schalke. A draw would be enough to grant them the title.
PSG will be looking elsewhere
France could also give us their champion this weekend. PSG, downhearted after their Champions League exit at the hands of Real Madrid, now have the chance to find some consolation. Although the Ligue 1 title is not the prize that the fans or the board want, it will go some way to reducing the blows.
That being said, for PSG to win the title this week they will need a combination of results to go in their favour. They can fulfill their end of the bargain by beating Saint Etienne on Friday, but they will have to wait and see the result of the game between Nantes and Monaco before they can know if they are champions or not.
If Monaco win, the wait will go on a little longer, with the gap at 16 points currently. A win for Emery's side in any of their remaining six games after would be enough for them to lift the trophy.
