"Will Harry Kane be ready for the Champions League final?" This was the question presented to Mauricio Pochettino in the press conference directly after his side had just miraculously defeated Ajax 3-2, with a Lucas Moura Second-Half hat-trick sending the club through on away goals.
Instead of replying to the question, Pochettino simply got out of his seat and walked out of the room, saying "are you really going to ask me that today?".
Pochettino was understandably frustrated at his team constantly being labelled 'the Harry Kane team' after Pep Guardiola christened them as that last season. His team had just defeated Ajax, who were 3-0 up on aggregate with just 45 minutes of football left to play.
What Tottenham achieved was nothing short of Miraculous, and Pochettino was clearly in no mood to answer questions about Kane, who although clearly being a vital man for Pochettino, has not featured for Tottenham since the first leg of the Quarter-Final against Manchester City due to an ankle injury.
One thing is for sure, this is not the first time Pochettino will be asked this question, and it is unlikely to be the first time he will storm out in frustration by it either.
