One of the bombs of the market could be the potential exit of Real Madrid's captain Sergio Ramos. Although the probabilities are slim, particularly considering his important role within the team and his exit clause value, rumours have been swirling around for a few days.
Sources such as the newspaper 'Marca' spoke about the central defender's supposed exit, and if he were to actually leave, the Spaniard would not have trouble finding a club. PSG, Manchester United, Juventus, Liverpool... Just some of the big names that have been linked with the player in the past.
However, a source supposedly closely linked with Klopp, has stated that “there is 0.0 percent chance of Sergio Ramos playing for Liverpool,” putting an end to those rumours linking the Reds and the Real Madrid player.
The source also went on to explain that “it has nothing to do with what happened in Kiev last season", and continued on with that argument: “even if we had won the Champions League final and Ramos had shook the hand of every Liverpool player afterwards we would still have no interest in him. Ramos just doesn't fit the kind of profile that Jurgen Klopp is looking for".
To underline and cross Liverpool off the list of potential clubs, the Daily Mirror quoted the source saying that wouldn't even be an option "if he was available on for free” .
