Whether it's the rush of a replacement or the fresh air that a new coach always brings to a troubled team, Manchester United experienced a false fairy-tale with Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer last season.
He came to a team that had been demoralised by Jose Mourinho and turned the 'Red Devils' into a team to be feared once again, they went several weeks without losing and even threw everything into their Champions League game to end up beating PSG.
The reality, in the form of a drop in the Premier League and being knocked out of the Champions League -Barca were insurmountable- hit the team at the end of the season, condemning them to the Europa League and leaving doubts as to whether Solskjaer was the right man for the job.
It was hoped that Solskjaer could recover the team's consistency upon his arrival and could reconstruct a winning, fearful team, but it has taken just three months to confirm that this is not the case.
After the promising initial thrashing of Chelsea, the team have plummetted in England and in Europe and 'The Sun' dares to confirm that several of Manchester United's key players have lost faith in Solskjaer.
The media insinuates that there is a bunch of the boys who neither listen to him during the matches or does what he says. And it now goes further and speaks of the coach's dismissal if they get a very negative result and image against league leaders Liverpool.
Certainly the situation is not new, a historic player who loves United: Roy Keane, already said what he thought when the team removed Mourinho and put his former team-mate in charge about a year ago.

"These are the same players that threw Mourinho under the bus and they'll do exactly the same to Ole," the former Ireland footballer commented and has been very critical of United since then.
