It would seem that Mario Balotelli's brief stint with Liverpool is over (at least for this season) with his year-long loan deal to AC Milan being finalised.
However in a sensational report made by British and local newspaper the 'Liverpool Echo', the Italian's attidude throughout his time at Liverpool was regularly 'half-hearted'. He would often be the first one out of the door after training had finish at Melwood.
This stuff couldn't be made up but apparently on one bizzarre training session, Balotelli noticed that one of his team mates had recieved a new iPhone 6. Not having one himself, Mario was 'visibly irked' by this and left the training session early complaining of a tweaked hamstring.
When the squad returned to the changing room, they saw Mario - who had completely forgotten about his hamstring stain - sitting in the corner unwrapping a brand new iPhone 6.
The newspaper has said that there were countless other incidents like this at the club. On time, he was caught smoking within the grounds of the training centre, just months after joining the club, he claimed not to know who Joe Allen was on a team bonding session (having spent a month playing football with him); he also didn't get on with the club's fitness coach.

It has also been claimed that Balotelli brought over 15 family members and friends to Liverpool's Champions League game with Basel who all stayed at the hotel partying until the early hours of the morning.
When Liverpool eventually lost the game in Switzerland the following day, he angered the Liverpool boss even more by ignoring requests to go over to the club's fans and applaud their support.
Seems like this striker wont be making a return to Liverpool anytime soon.
