Manchester United have in their ranks two young pearls, as young as 17 and 18, Mason Greenwood and Angel Gomes, the two youngest English Premier League debutants. And they have no doubt charmed their way into the hearts of their fans, but most importantly, they have earned Solskjaer's praise.
Continuing with English football, we take a look at Eddie Nketiah and Joe Willock, 20 and 19, respectively, the real gems of Arsenal. The former already has three goals in just 135 minutes, becoming 'Pìchichi' in this pre-season thanks to his goals against Fiorentina and Bayern Munich. The second also scored a goal against the Germans.
From England we got to Italy, where the 17-year-old Milan player Daniel Maldini, who continues along with his family's dynasty, debuted in the starting line-up with the first team against Bayern Munich.
Without leaving Milan, we are now going to Inter, a team in which a young striker of only 17 years named Sebastiano Esposito was able to debut with the first team in the Europa League. He was in the starting line-up against United and Juventus in the International Champions Cup, and has become one of the players to follow the Italian team.
And finally, Jann-Fiete Arp, from Bayern Munich. We end with the 19 year old German forward, who has managed to break records in the Bundesliga, become a regular in the starting line-up, and play a role for Kovac's team.
