The 'Iranian Messi' scored the first Champions League 2019-20 goal

He was begging for more than 40 minutes, but the 2019-20 Champions League saw his first goal at 19:36 in the afternoon (Spanish time).

Sardar Azmoun was the goalscorer. The Iranian, known in his country as the local Messi, beat the Zenit goalkeeper behind a large wall with the Russian international Dzyuba. The big forward returned the pass to assist his partner in the 0-1 game at 41 minutes.
