"The ideal destination for Asensio would be Arsenal"

Although in recent weeks he seems to have regained some prominence, the rumours about Marco Asensio do not cease, especially from England, where the Balearic player has a great reputation.
Former Real Madrid player Steve McManaman spoke about the future of the player, who would welcome a move to the Premier League and even dared to give the name of a team where he would fit in perfectly.
"If he were to leave, I would say Arsenal would be ideal. Aubameyang is coming to the end of his career, or he's certainly in his 30s, and with Lacazette in a similar position and coming to the end of his contract...," the Englishman commented in his column in 'Horseracing'.
"Asensio could be at a club where he would be more of a star player. I think he is the perfect profile player for Arsenal, like his former team-mate Odegaard. Asensio is very good, but if he feels that people like Benzema, Rodrygo or Vinicius are ahead of him, maybe he can think about leaving," he said.
So far this season, the 25-year-old has played 461 minutes for the Santiago Bernabeu outfit. In that time, the Balearic player has scored three goals and provided one assist.
