Just one guaranteed all-Premier League tie was drawn, with West Brom set to host Southampton at the Hawthorns after shocking Liverpool in the fourth round.
A potentially interesting tie in the form of Millwall V Tottenham could take place, should the pair see off Rochdale and Newport in their respective replays.
Sheffield United travel to Leicester City, whilst bitter rivals Sheffield Wednesday will host either Premier League Swansea City or League Two Notts County.
The game will take place on across the weekend of 17-18 February 2018, with the winners of the ties receiving £180,000 from the FA Cup prize fund.
