The 5 players Barcelona would sell in order to sign Coutinho

As reported by Spanish outlet 'Mundo Deportivo', Bartomeu, Robert Fernandez and Valverde have put together a list of players who could potentially leave the club once the transfer window re-opens in order to finance a big-money swoop for Philippe Coutinho.

Javier Mascherano has already reached an agreement with Barcelona by which he will remain in Valverde's squad until the final week of January to fill in for defensive absentees.

Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan, two players who arrived in identical circumstances and tagged as stars, are also tipped to exit the Camp Nou. When the pair joined in the summer from Sevilla and Atletico, respectively, they agreed to train with the team until the new year due to the transfer ban imposed on the Catalans.

Having risen through the ranks of Barcelona's 'La Masia' academy, Rafinha and Deulofeu were always fan favourites, but their names have also been included on the list. Especially the former Everton and Milan winger has seen several opportunities come his way but has never been able to fully convince. Rafinha, on the other hand, delivered superb performancers when fit, but injuries have hindered his progress at the Camp Nou.
