They would achieve that feat once again in 2021, beating Manchester City in the final. Chelsea have also won doubles on five occasions since 2003, with their most recent coming in the 2014-15 season, as they won the league and League Cup.

Manchester City

Manchester City have also attracted a number of younger fans to support them in India since being taken over by Abu Dhabi United Group in 2008. Before the financial input into the playing squad, City were a mid-table team in the Premier League, and for those that followed the English game in the 90s, a Championship outfit.  Since the takeover, City have won the league title on five occasions, and the League Cup six times. Pep Guardiola’s arrival at the club has solidified their place as one of the best globally-supported teams, and it looks as though their period of success is only going to continue with the backing that they receive.
