TAD open proceedings against Tebas after Real Madrid complaint

The TAD on Thursday opened a disciplinary file against Javier Tebas, president of La Liga, following the complaint filed by Real Madrid for a possible infringement of not keeping the secrecy of the deliberations of the Assembly of the body.
As reported by 'Cadena SER' and confirmed by 'EFE', the complaint by the club presided over by Florentino Perez was submitted by the CSD to the TAD and was notified to the parties involved on the 27th of last month.
On Thursday, TAD opened proceedings against the LaLiga official after finding reasonable indications of a possible infringement of the right to confidentiality and, therefore, article 19 of the club statutes, when Real Madrid's vote in a secret poll on refereeing was published on social media.
As ‘EFE’ has been informed, TAD now have three months to resolve the matter and decide whether the facts are not punishable or not. In the latter case, sanctions could range from a public reprimand, temporary disqualification for a period of between 2 months and 1 year or removal from office.
