Sweden were heading for a hard-fought point before Toni Kroos fired home in the 95th minute to keep the Germany team's hopes alive.
It was a goal that has blown the group wide open, but the Sweden manager took exception to the manner in which Germany celebrated the goal.
"Some of Germany's leaders celebrated by running in our direction and rubbing it into our faces. That got me angry," said Andersson.
"We fought it out for 90 minutes and when the final whistle blows you shake hands and you leave so I was very angry with that."
