We take a look ahead to Wednesday evening's Premier League clash between Swansea and Manchester City at The Liberty Stadium.

Swansea:

Tomorrow's hosts picked up a massive three points when they beat West Brom 1-0 at home on Saturday.

However, Paul Clement's men will need to put in the performance of their lives if they are to stop City's superb run.

Federico Fernandez could return after missing four games following the death of his father.

Wayne Routledge is a fitness doubt.

Manchester City:

Pep Guardiola's men could create more history on Wednesday. If they beat Swansea, they will set a new outright record in the Premier League of winning 15 games in a row.

City are 11 points clear at the top of the standings after their 2-1 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, but Guardiola says his team are fully focused on the Swans.

"I said to my players forget about what happened [in the Manchester derby]. Swansea is now the most important thing and after that, Tottenham," said Guardiola.

"It's what I have done all my career and is what I am going to do in the future. I try to give to my players the best advice I can, because first we represent ourselves and then we represent the club."

Captain Vincent Kompany will miss out after he picked up a muscular injury in the derby, but the club are confident it is not a long-term injury.

Recent form:

Possible lineups:

Swansea: Fabianski, Naughton, Van der Hoorn, Mawson, Olsson, Ki, Mesa, Carroll, Dyer, Bony, Routledge.

Manchester City: Ederson; Walker, Otamendi, Fernandinho, Delph; De Bruyne, Gundogan, Silva, Sterling, Aguero, Sane.
