This Thursday, Man Utd host Arsenal. Raphael Varane will not be available for the hosts as he is injured.
He has been out of action with a leg injury for four weeks. He was supposed to be out for around a month. He is making a recovery, but he is still not 100%.
Michael Carrick was asked recently about Varane and he said that this week is still too early to see him back. "He won't play this week. No way, it's impossible," he said convinced.
"Varane's rehabilitation is going very well. He's on the pitch, but he's still not ready to play again, it will be slightly later. But he's going as planned which is good," Carrick concluded.
