La Liga are working on bringing fans back this season, but they have a problem. The CSD do not agree with this at all and they are the ones who make the final decision. This is what 'Sport's Ramon Fuentes says.
It happens to be that the CSD are the final decision makers when it comes to if spectators are allowed in at ground or not. They want spectators to return next season and not this one. La Liga president, Javier Tebas, wants it earlier.
Despite the fact a protocol is being put in place to deal with possible new outbreaks in Spanish football, it is not enough for the CSD. The reasons is that there have been fresh outbreaks of COVID-19 in Spain in recent days.
And it is not only in Spain, but also abroad. Tennis player Novak Djokovic organised a tournament which had to end early due to a coronavirus case. In fact, Djokovic himself got the virus. In short: La Liga want fans back as soon as possible, but the CSD will not let that happen.
