Spanish FA propose five substitutions for each team

Spanish football could be the first league to allow five subsitutions per team during the rest of the 2019-20 season. The RFEF, with the backing of LaLiga, will ask IFAB for five changes per team per game.
According to the RFEF in a statement, "the five changes will be able to be made in three moments of the game and it will apply to all matches in RFEF competitions." It will also be in La Liga and Segunda games.
The proposal will be put to the Delegate Commission this Friday. The aim is to protect the health of the players, after the lack of training they've had due to the lockdown period."
Rubiales announced this change in the rules to the members of the RFEF council members and then mentioned it to LaLiga president, Javier Tebas, who backed the proposal.
The RFEF said that he had asked FIFA more than a month back and FIFA approved the idea. Now, IFAB will have the final say.
This Friday, the RFEF's proposals announced on Wednesday regarding how to end Segunda B and Tercera with promotion play-offs will also be approved.
