The Spanish national team left this Sunday for Kiev to face Ukraine with two late casualties, those of Diego Llorente in defence and Gerard Moreno in attack, both due to muscular problems.
With 22 players on the expedition after a morning that left Diego Llorente and Gerard Moreno with muscle injuries, the Spanish Team took off for Kiev, with four hours of flight time ahead of them.
The morning before they spent in the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas, after the victory against Switzerland on Saturday night, for a recovery session for the starters. The substitutes exercised with greater intensity.
The Spanish coach, Luis Enrique Martínez, received the bad news during training about the muscular injuries of Llorente and Gerard Moreno, two casualties that will prevent them from bringing in changes at centre-back and increase Rodrigo Moreno's possibilities of entering the attack.
Players like Sergio Reguilón, Rodri, Dani Ceballos and Adama Traoré have firm chances to be new starters also against Ukraine.
The Spanish National Team landed in Kiev at 21:00 local time and will remain isolated until Monday morning, when they will go to the Olympic Stadium to complete their last training session before facing Ukraine.
