It means that the RFEF will listen to all parties involved to determine if the centre-back deserves to be sanctioned or not.
It is the first time that this particular footballing body has opened a procession of this characteristics as it could end up setting a precedent for future incidents, if they deem the 31-year-old to be in the wrong.
