While he has a surprise appointment to take over the job of England manager after Sam Allardyce's sacking, Gareth Southgate has gone from strength to strength in the role.
Not only has he led England to a World Cup semi-final, he has also overseen the team's progression to the semi-finals of the Nations League including a famous victory over Spain in Seville.
In fact, the former Middlesborough manager has impressed so much that the head of sport in the UK has claimed that he is an example that all sports coaches need to follow.
"He didn't talk about winning, he talked about people, culture and simplifying things," Chelsea Warr said to 'Sky Sports'.
"He said the key to what they achieved in Russia was all about preparation.
"He's clearly a values-driven guy and he's very humble. He stood up in front of his peers and talked about the various lessons he's learned from other sports and he was really impressive.
"We see him quite regularly and we're lucky to have him as part of our system,"
