'Sky': Madrid ready to offer 80 million plus Bale for Sterling
According to information from 'Sky Sports' on Monday, Real Madrid are ready to make a move for Raheem Sterling in an offer worth over 81 million euros (70 million pounds) plus Gareth Bale, whose future nowadays seems far from the Bernabeu.
The same source states that Real Madrid scouts will travel to watch Sterling play for England this month. Once they have scouted him, they will put an offer on the table plus the Welsh forward.
'Sky' reveals that last summer Real Madrid general director, José Ángel Sánchez, met with the player's agents with the goal of bonding with Sterling, who is a big star for City at the moment. There was no entente. The attacker hasn't hidden his desire to play in La Liga at some point.

But Pep Guardiola, the manager responsible for the outburst of the Englishman, is not interested in Bale, so the deal seems even more complexed. Not his age, 30, nor his recent performances are attractive, being a differential player of proven quality.
If Bale is involved in the negotiations, Madrid would have to pay a figure close to the 222 million that PSG paid to sign Neymar from Barcelona in 2017.
Sterling is performing amazingly this season. 12 goals and 4 assists in 14 official matches. And Guardiola considers him his right 'eye'.
