Sevilla: The home side cannot call on Simon Kjaer (back), Nolito (thigh) and Sebastien Corchia (stomach), while new-signing Lionel Carole is illegible for the fixture. However, it appears likely that Gabriel Mercado, Franco Vazquez, Pablo Sarabia and Juaquin Correa will feature somewhere in the squad.
Leganes: The visitors will be without Alexander Szymanowski and Mauro Dos Santos, who are sidelined with muscle injuries. Ruben Perez could start after returning from injury to take his place on the bench last weekend but it expected that Garitano will stick with the majority of the squad who featured in that shock victory over Real Madrid in the last round of the competition.
Sevilla boss Vincenzo Montella:
The former Atletico head coach was forced to apologise after this team's embarrassing 5-1 defeat to Eibar on Saturday but is confident on the added motivation it will bring his players going into the Copa del Rey.
"It is not just another match, but the match [for us]".
Leganes head coach Asier Garitano:
The former Spanish player has laid down the gauntlet for his players after they knocked out the mighty Real Madrid in the quarter-final, motivating his squad to go on and win a maiden Copa del Rey trophy.
"Our mentality has to be to win. The prize isn't just to play in the final, but to win the whole thing".
Did you know?
This will be the fifth time that Leganes visit the Sanchez Pizjuan since being promoted to Spain's top division but will be hoping to change their poor record at the stadium (D1, L4).
