Ter Stegen received the 'Fair Play' award from the 'Barça Jugadors' association. With him was Alexia Putellas, awarded with the same distinction for Barcelona's women's team. The Barça goalkeeper spoke about Setien's recent arrival on the bench.

Barcelona players are thrilled with their new coach. Ter Stegen received the 'Fair Play' award from the 'Barça Jugadors' association, where he spoke about Setién's first days as Barcelona's head coach.

"We have a new coach, he's trying to change things. Everyone has their own idea of watching football... We are listening and trying to do what he asks us to do. Let's hope he succeeds," said the goalkeeper.

He also took the opportunity to wish Ernesto Valverde all the best. "I want to thank him for his work over the years. He has our respect. Thank you from all of us here," said the German.

Barça promises to fight for all competitions: "We are looking forward to continuing the fight for La Liga and the Champions League. We will give everything."

Granada will be the first rival of Barça already with Setién at the head. "It's a complicated game. They come with a lot of illusion. We give everything in every training and in every match to be on top like we are now. We want to be at 100 per cent," he analysed.

With the injury behind him, Ter Stegen is looking forward to the rest of the season. "I'm with the group again. I was looking forward to coming back and enjoying football to the fullest," he concluded.
