Maurizio Sarri appeared at the press conference prior to the second leg of the Europa League semifinals against Eintracht Frankfurt. The Chelsea coach confirmed they will not have N'Golo Kanté for the match.

"We can try to have him back for the final, if we get there. I'm not sure, but we can try," said the Chelsea coach about the French midfielder, who was injured in their most recent Premier League match.

On the semi-final against Eintacht, he said that "you always have to play against a strong team, so it's hard to say we're favourites. They have two good strikers with Jovic and Rebic, so we'll be careful," explained the England coach.

"We've reached the club's goal, so we're very happy with that. Now we have to play another competition, so our goal is to reach the final and win it, because we think we deserve the trophy," said Sarri.

Once it became official that FIFA are to uphold Chelsea's transfer sanction, Sarri also talked about the future of the team. "There are two or three players who came out on very interesting loans," said the Italian coach.
