Everton will kickstart their £45 million January transfer spending spree with a move for Charlton forward Ademola Lookman, reports the Mirror.
The 19-year-old, who scored his ninth of the season in the Addick's 1-0 win on Boxing Day, has also been linked with a switch to Crystal Palace, though Ronald Koeman is set to force through a deal to the Toffees.
The Dutchman also has his sights set on Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, who has failed to establish himself under Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho.
Koeman worked with the Frenchman while the pair were at Southampton and reports suggest discussions have started regarding a January transfer.
Everton's top target, though, is Southampton centre-back Virgil van Dijk, who Koeman signed for the Saints in 2015.
