"Ronaldo's transfer was bigger than LeBron's, but Messi is number one"

Larry Nance Jr; player for the Cleveland Cavaliers and ex-teammate of LeBron James, thinks that the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to Juventus was a far more impressive deal than the decision taken by basketball legend James to leave the 'Cavs' to go to Los Angeles Lakers.
Four time NBA Most Valuable Player, James, decided to end his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the last window and moved to Los Angeles, in spite of reaching four consecutive finals with the 'Cavs', and winning them all. Many supporters believed the exit was for selfish reasons, and not to win more titles; a criticism hurled at Cristiano Ronaldo after his surprise move to Juventus.
After winning the Champions league title three years in succession, 'CR7' opted to leave Real, a decision that surprised Nance, who told 'GOAL' that he believed the transfer was more shocking than the revelations that happened within the NBA transfer period.
"Each move was big in its own way, but I think that Ronaldo to Juventus was probably bigger... I feel it was more shocking than the fact that LeBron went to the Lakers, " he said.
While Ronaldo's move was a shock for the world of football, Nance would not place the current Champions League holder as the best in the world. For him, the Portuguese's great rival, Lionel Messi, is the number one.
"Messi," exclaimed Nance. "For me, Ronaldo is a machine, he's like a football robot, everything is almost perfect, Messi also has his flaws, but his intelligence makes up for it."
