Ronaldo, happy and animated, did not talk about his future, but he gave a clear message of cheer and satisfaction after his side won their fourth Champions League in five years.
"Thank you for being here this evening. We made history thanks to you, who always supported us. It's a happy moment and we are very pleased," he said.
Ronaldo gave his speech after Sergio Ramos had had his say. The captain is familiar with directing these celebrations and was prominent for the entire parade.
The Portuguese finished his bit with a big, "Hala Madrid, siuuuu!", a war cry which brought applause from the thousands of Real Madrid fans gathered below.
This comes just hours after he caused a stir with his post-match comments in Kiev, hinting that his future could lie elsewhere.
