Roma have renewed one of their most promising young players who has already been playing more regularly for the first team. This is Cristian Volpato, who will be linked with the Italian club until 2026.
In a statement, Roma have made official the renewal of the young striker's contract. At 19 years of age, the striker signed a new contract that will keep him tied to Jose Mourinho's side for the next four seasons.
The Italian player made his first-team debut in December 2021 against Inter and scored his first professional goal in Serie A against Hellas Verona in a match that ended in a 2-2 draw.
"Cristian is a very talented boy, who has everything to become an important player at Roma," Tiago Pinto, the club's sporting director general, said on Friday.
