Rodrygo's consistency and hard work with Real Madrid are paying off. The Brazilian forward, who has played a total of 305 minutes between Real Madrid (125) Castilla (180), has now overtaken Vinicius in Tite's plans.
Rodrygo, who already made his Champions League debut and scored in LaLiga, is starting to become an important player for his team and now for Brazil... although he is only 18 years old and it could be a bit early to make any conclusions.
His debut with Brazil could come on 15 November or 19 November. Brazil will face Argentina and South Korea in two friendly matches that could be perfect scenarios to see Rodrygo in action.
According to the Brazilian midfielder, both Tite and his coaching staff believe Rodrygo is currently a little ahead of Vinicius, as they think he is more mature (despite being a year younger) and has more tactical knowledge.
So far, Rodrygo has had minutes with the Brazilian Under-23 team, but the senior team is still a world to discover for him.
