"Robert should not have trusted who he did"

Lluis Lainz is the author of the book 'El Metodo de Luis Enrique' so he has been able to get to know his personality very well, the character and the Spain's coach's way of working. 

On the other end, he has a personal relationship with Robert Moreno because the former Spain coach started with him in the youth teams so they have shared many moments and things together. 

Now, Lluis Lainz has given his opinion on what Robert Moreno has done and Luis Enrique's words during his press conference. He defended Moreno and was surprised by Luis Enrique. 

"What Robert Moreno did wrong was to trust people who he should not have. He ended up having a contract as the coach and there you cannot take decisions based on what a friend might tell you who is also going through a difficult time," he assured. 

Apparently, Roberto Moreno will talk this Thursday, but the journalist has advised him not to speak and to just release an elegant statement to not continue to inflame the situation. 

On Luis Enrique, Lluis was clear: "I was really surprised that he acted in that manner and I want to think that everything which has happened to him in these months, has disturbed him a bit. Pain and sadness do not justify everything and he should have had a more dignified response."
