Riqui Puig has agreement in principle with LA Galaxy

Barcelona are showing they are very active in this transfer window. Barcelona have strengthened quite well and they are also following their plan with regards to departures. Mingueza left for Celta Vigo and Riqui Puig seems to be the next. 

According to 'Relevo', the Barca academy player has an agreement in principle with Los Angeles Galaxy and everything seems to indicate that he will leave the Catalan club on a free. The club will have the option to buy the player back and also a percentage of a future sale. 

Likewise, the cited source says that the footballer had thought about continuing his career in European football, but his best option is that of the MLS, a league which is still trying to grow. 

Xavi wanted to let Riqui Puig, who did not go on the tour of the USA, leave. He stayed in Barcelona looking for a new team and it seems like he has now found it. Everything could be decided in the coming hours. 

Last season, the midfielder played 18 matches, three of them as a starter, in which he scored a goal. In terms of game time, he played a total of 544 minutes. The youngster needs minutes and he will look for them at another club.
