The 18 year old took his season's tally to a scarcely believable five goals and an assist in 124 minutes of Bundesliga action, notching two assists after coming on against Leverkusen.
The Bundesliga giants won the game 4-2, introduced with the 22 minutes to play Sancho teed up Marco Reus within a minute of coming on and also assisted fellow substitute Paco Alcacer's second goal to secure the victory with a brilliant cross field ball.
Such exploits from the teenager will doubtless win him plaudits in Germany and England alike and an international call up can't be far off with stats like those detailed above.
Sancho, for all his brilliant form, has had to remain patient and has been utilized exclusively off the bench in the league this year. However with such form, this looks sure to change. Speaking before the game Marco Reus praised Sancho's impact:
"It's just crazy. I think it's incredibly important that he comes off the bench and does so well every time," said the BVB captain.
"When our opponents ease off a little and Jadon comes into the game, then he's a weapon for us every single time. We're happy to have him up our sleeve and he always gives us a boost."
