Sergio Ramos and Raphaël Varane trained inside the facilities of the club after their defeat to Athletic in the semi-final of the Supercup. The team began to prepare for the Copa del Rey on Wednesday at the Alcoyano stadium.
Ramos played the Malaga match with issues in one knee. In fact, his participation was even in question just before the match. Varane was the one who came off during half-time and was replaced by Nacho Fernández.
Both, according to the club, worked inside the facilities, as did the Brazilian Rodrygo, the long term leave of French coach Zinedine Zidane, who continues with his recovery work.
The rest of the squad completed the first training session in Valdebebas before the match. Dani Carvajal also trained alongside players from the youth academy in preparations for the cup tie.
Real Madrid will train again on Monday in Valdebebas behind closed doors from 11.00am.
