Real Madrid's plan for the January transfer window

Real Madrid did not make any signings in the summer transfer window and they are already thinking about the next window. According to 'Marca', the club are not thinking about bringing anyone in in January either.

Coronavirus brought the world to a halt and football was no exception. And football clubs' coffers felt the effects of that.

Real Madrid decided to save money because of the circumstances. Last summer, the club decided to let several players Zidane did not count on go. That helped the club's finances.

They decided not to sign. The money which was kept aside for transfers remained at the club. Madrid decided to save money and not make signings during the current pandemic. They have a more than good enough squad to compete well during the 2020-21 season.

In January, teams will once again have the opportunity to register new players. But, like what happened last summer, Real are not planning on making any signing.

The Madrid big wigs are delighted with the squad, Zidane and his coaching staff. They believe they already have all the talented and potential needed to win trophies. There is therefore no need to buy new players.

They are putting up the transfers of Mbappe, Camavinga and co for the future. For now, it is time to tighten their belts.
