Real Madrid 'impressed' by Huijsen’s performances with Spain

Dean Huijsen has been one of the biggest surprise packages in the Premier League this season. Bournemouth signed the young prospect from Roma and the Spanish centre-back with Dutch roots has impressed with his performances for the Cherries so far. 

The former Roma centre-back's form has earned him a place on Real Madrid's radar and a call-up to the Spanish senior team. In fact, Huijsen made his debut in the first leg of the Nations League quarter-final against the Netherlands and started the second leg, being one of the best players in the match. 

The two great performances of the 19-year-old defender have "impressed" Real Madrid, as reported by Spanish journalist Edu Aguirre. 

In fact, other Spanish media such as ‘AS’ have claimed that the ‘Merengues’ are determined to sign the young Bournemouth prospect this summer.
