Real Madrid drop new 4th kit in collab with Yohji Yamamoto

With only the final stretch of the season to go, Real Madrid have announced a new kit. It is the result of a collaboration with the Y-3 clothing brand, which bears the signature of Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. The purple tones will mark the garments with pink details and the silkscreen print of the model in large letters on the chest as well as on the shorts and the front of the players' socks.

Jude Bellingham, David Alaba and Misa Rodriguez were among those chosen to introduce the new kit, which consists of a full set for matches, a warm-up set and two for the goalkeepers. In this sense, it is striking that neither Thibaut Courtois, Kepa Arrizabalaga or Andriy Lunin have posed with the kits that it seems that only the Ukrainian will wear for the rest of the campaign.

It is a given that the 'Merengues' will debut the purple kit against Athletic in the Liga match on Sunday 31st March at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. It will be the best way to promote a product that will be on sale from Wednesday. The prices have not yet been revealed, but common sense is enough to imagine that they will be well over 100 euros, a price tag that has become commonplace among the game's elite.
