According to 'Sky Sports', despite FC Ufa anticipating problems obtaining British visa paperwork, the Russian outfit should land in Glasgow on Wednesday before training at Ibrox in the evening.
President at Ufa, Shamil Gazizov has allegedly said that the club are actively trying to obtain visas but it is a difficult situation.
The club have had a short time to complete the visa process, having only qualified past Luxembourgish side Progres Niederkorn on Thursday, though Rangers 'preparations for the return leg have begun.
Rangers have already seen off Macedonian side Shkupi, Croatia's NK Osijek and Maribor of Slovenia to reach the play offs.
