Fellow Scottish side Hibernian, who are under the management of the ex-Celtic boss Neil Lennon, will face NSI Runavik of the Faroe Islands in their first round of qualification.
Both teams will be hoping to join Aberdeen in the second round of qualification for the competition, which they earned through finishing second in the league last season.
