The former Liverpool captain was a surprise appointment at the Ibrox club over the summer, but has since proved his doubters wrong by getting Rangers off to a great start domestically and in Europe.
The Glasgow side now sit second in the Scottish Premiership, and would go top of the league with a win against Hearts next weekend, a position that Ejaria believes the side could maintain.
"There are a lot of top players here, everyone is focused and that's our goal [to win the league]" the winger said.
"If we win next week it would be a big confidence boost for us but we're just taking each game as it comes.
"Could we stay there? Yes, definitely, but we have to take each game and use the confidence from each match."
