Ramos, 32, was criticised for the off-the-ball altercation as cameras appeared to show him standing on Raheem Sterling's ankle as he walked past.
However, the centre-back responded to his critics through a Tweet on Wednesday morning, showing a different angle of the incident and saying "Nothing else to say".
Ramos was also on the receiving end of a clattering challenge from Eric Dier in the first-half - the Spurs midfielder labelled the incident as putting a "marker down".
The defender did score with the last kick of the game, though 'La Roja' were defeated 3-2 by the 'Three Lions'.
