According to 'Mundo Deportivo', the French midfielder wants to take a 'step forward' in his career and join the Catalan giants. Barcelona have been linked with Rabiot for some time, having failed to include him in the deal that saw Neymar leave in the other direction.
Rabiot, 23, is now ready to reject all further offers of a new contract from PSG to secure a free transfer to the Camp Nou once his contract ends in June 2019.
Barcelona are reportedly admirers of the player's 'quality and youth' and are willing to hand him a large signing-on bonus and well as a salary of more than €10m-a-year.
Premier League sides Manchester City and Chelsea have also expressed an interest in signing the player, though it appears as if the 'Blaugrana' outfit have won the race for his signature.
Rabiot insists he is fully focused on his football at the moment, however, as he challenges for another French title and in the Champions League for 'Les Parisiens'.
