The French side are likely to have to produce an eye-watering offer if they are to tempt Barca into cashing in on the Uruguayan after burning their bridges when snatching Neymar away from the Camp Nou last summer.
According to Catalan publication 'Sport', PSG's sporting director Antero Henrique values Suarez at €20m more than fellow countryman Edinson Cavani, meaning his plan is to cash in on Cavani and offer the money received, plus €20m for Suarez.
However, Barcelona are unlikely to be tempted by such an offer. Following the Neymar saga, the Spanish giants are thought to be unwilling to even open negotiations with their French counterparts, with suarez's €200m release clause likely to be the only way of piquing the Catalans' interest.
Whatsmore, PSG have also blocked Barca's attempts to bring in their players in the past, with moves for Angel Di Maria, Marquinhos and Marco Verratti all being shut down by the Parisians, further souring relations between the pair.
Despite having only recently been cleared of breachign Financial Fair Play rules, Neymar's desire to join forces with his former team-mate at the Parc des Princes has led to PSG assessing all their options, but it remains Barcelona who hold all the cards.
