Real Madrid, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund and PSG are all interested in signing Karim Adeyemi, a talented young player who plays for Salzburg. The best positioned are the Germans, who are said to have already made a pre-agreement. The Catalan giants are almost ruled out, and now it has come to light that the French are considering a move.
'RMC Sport' reports that the Parc des Princes' offices are working to devise a way to sign the player for the 2022-23 season. It won't be easy given Borussia's progress, but given the French side's financial capabilities, it wouldn't be a surprise if they were to win the deal.
What works in the Parisians' favour is that the striker has a contract with the Austrian Bundesliga side until 2024, so for him to leave, an agreement will have to be reached with his management. This means that whichever bidder best meets the club's demands could have a lot of ground to make up.
The next important stop to shed more light on this operation will not be long in coming. It is the winter transfer window. If any of the clubs that are keen to sign Adeyemi go for a consensus with Salzburg, it could all come to a head before his next destination is known.
